Mr Freeman and I have had a lovely day at Caythorpe. The children are having a wonderful time. They are really having a try at everything, even the scary activities. You will be very proud of them. The teachers are enjoying it too. They have asked me to send their love to their Mums and Dads, so here it is xxxxxxxxx

    Morning all,

Last night we had a great time playing ambush and even finished the night with a bedtime story! We're all looking forward to another exciting day, although why we're up at 6am when breakfast is at 8:30 I have no idea. Today we are going on quad bikes and the zip wire this morning and then orienteering and challenge course this afternoon (except group 1 doing Jacob's Ladder). Love to you all Mrs A xxx

    PGL Update 11/09/14 PM

Well, I have to say, the Year 5 children have been fantastic today. They have taken part in Jacobs Ladder and the trapeze among other activities and I have never seen such a high number of children reach the top of both of these. Tonight they have campfire for their evening activity which they are very excited about.

    11/09/14 AM update

Good morning everyone. As I have replaced Mrs Annable at PGL, I shall also replace her in reporting the news. Well I arrived to see some very excited and spirited St Mary's children as they finished off their final activity. We had a choice of spaghetti or chicken nuggets for dinner before the children went off on their evening activity which involved throwing water balloons off the climbing tower.

Once back in their rooms it wasn't long before they were all fast asleep. Once again the PGL children seem to be doing us all proud.

    10/09/14 PM update

Weather is baking and the kids have defended my honour by dishing up some well deserved revenge on the leader who soaked me! Love you guys! Time to say bye as Mr J has arrived and I am off to see my two. The kids are on their final activity of the day and all groups have done brilliantly so far. Big shout out to St. Mary's from Year 5, will see you soon. Love to you all, this is Mrs Annable signing out. xx
