Emotional Wellbeing

It is okay to say that you don't feel okay! Here are some useful websites which can give you help, should you feel that you need it. Also, please remember that all the adults at St Mary's are here to help we run lots of groups you can take part in. If you feel like you might need some support, please speak to your teacher or Mrs Hovell, our Mental Health Lead. You can also talk to someone from the Safeguarding Team: Mrs Turner, Miss Robinson or Mrs Pearson. Remember that every member of staff has got time for you!
