Vacancy: Grade 3 Teaching Assistant

32.5 hours per week, term time only

Temporary until 31 August 2021

The governors of this happy and successful school are seeking to appoint a Grade 3 Teaching Assistant with a passion for education and a commitment to the Christian ethos of the school.  This post has arisen as a result of the government catch up funding for 2020-21. Applications are invited from suitably qualified teaching assistants who would like to be part of a hardworking, talented and friendly team. They should be able to demonstrate the ability to deliver effective ‘catch up’ interventions to individuals and small groups, supporting the school to address the impact of COVID19 closures on our pupils’ learning. This will include providing remote provision using technology. The school’s first priority is to appoint the ‘right person’ to match the ethos and the high expectations of this school.

Visits to our school are warmly welcomed, though during the current situation, these can only be facilitated on a one to one basis and all visitors are asked to wear a mask.
