Worship Group

Collective Worship is at the centre of our life, values and ethos at St Mary's. Our new Worship Group have now been elected - you may recognise some faces from last year! We meet regularly at lunchtime and are working together, planning some collective worship sessions and other activities. Already this year, we have written and launched a new school prayer!

This year, we have decided to give more children opportunity to be a member of the Worship Group. This term these are the pupils who are part of the new team.

Prayer Fish Collective Worship

Last week the Worship Group led the Prayer Fish collective worship. They also focused on this term's christian value of Perseverance.

Charity Sweet & Cake Sale

Thank you to everyone who supported the sweet and cake sale earlier this week. We are pleased to announce that we raised £173.72 which will now go to Tearfund, a christian charity who particularly support needy children around the world. Thank you to Mrs Helen Halfpenny and all of the Worship team who worked hard to make this charity event a success.
