Rachel Watson - Pen Portrait

Being part of the St Mary’s team since 2008, I am fully committed to the vision and values attached to the school. I have seen and embraced many changes over my time at St Mary’s and I am proud to be part of a team who always put the children first. 

I fulfil the role of a Foundation Governor and thoroughly enjoy my role as this provides me with a broad insight into many areas of the school. I also work for SNMAT overseeing governance organisation. 

In my spare time, I am quite the thrill seeker, having recently completed a bungee jump and a wing walk! I enjoy taking part in a range of active pursuits such as walking, obstacle races and fitness classes. Although, I do also enjoy quality time with my family, be it supporting Notts County at Meadow Lane or relaxing at home.
