Complaints

Whilst we hope that you are satisfied with the education and service we provide, as a Christian organisation we recognise that mistakes are part of human experience, therefore we have a robust approach to dealing with situations when things go wrong. In the first instance, we encourage you to speak to your child's class teacher, and if this cannot resolve the situation, to speak to the Headteacher. Where possible, we would always prefer to speak to you in person, or over the telephone as emails can be misconstrued.
